We are honored to be a part of a group show at Zeitgeist Gallery, “At Home.”
Ivy & Josh will be creating a deconstructed home installation.
Zeitgeist Gallery • March 4 – April 29 • 516 Hagan St #100 Nashville TN 37203
Josh Elrod’s work last appeared at Zeitgeist in his painting show, Desire Lines, in October 2016.
“Taken from the name of early Twentieth Century visiting hours, ‘At Home’ times were for catching up with old friends and connecting with new ones.”
Other “At Home” artists include MTSU alum Nick Butcher and Nadine Nakanishi a.k.a. Sonnenzimmer, and introducing new artists from around the country: Ky Anderson and Vicki Sher from Brooklyn, Rami Kim from Los Angeles, Jessica Simorte from Houston, Sarah Boyts Yoder from Charlottesville and Amelia Briggs from Nashville via Memphis.
The opening will occur Saturday March 4th, from 6-9, and will be part of the Wedgewood-Houston First Saturdays Art Crawl. There just may be a performative element injected into our installation for the opening. Guess you’ll have to come and find out.
